reasons for inclusion on the predator list (proof must be presented)
1. Physical Violence
2. Threats of harm
3. Sexual misconduct - esp. with minors
4. Abuse of any kind - verbal, physical, sexual, emotional, spiritual
5. Hacker Activity - Sending viruses, crashing websites, etc.
